Move your life-force energy with dance

  • This is a self-study course consisting of 14 dance exercises.
  • You will get through all the dances in 100 minutes. That is one hour, 40 minutes.
  • You can do the exercises in one session or you can do one or two exercises each day.
  • Make sure you complete each dance. It takes time to settle into your body.
  • You are free to teach these dances to friends or your local dance group.
